Inspired by the culinary genius of her grandmother and namesake, Salwa is a new food venture in Westbourne Grove, London.
Pastries, cakes, salads and sandwiches are at the heart of this bijou café which marries Lebanese heritage with London modernity.
The food and drink is designed 'to go', with a few small tables to meet, eat and sample genuine Lebanese hospitality.
After designing the menu, brand and interior which reflects her journey and life experiences, Salwa will be there on site to welcome and introduce the concept to her audience of Londoners and visitors.
Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
