About Our Client:


Our client is a leading Energy provider based in Manchester, they are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be:

  • As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be supporting customers with queries
  • You'll work with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries.
  • Problem and query resolution
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload

The Successful Applicant:


  • To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in a customer focused role is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills
