Are you the outstanding Administrator we are looking for, the one who will co-ordinate and carry out a range of administrative duties, ensuring service users have access to best equipment repairs service they require?

Callers could be the patients, their representatives or carers.


As such we are looking for the person with a human touch, treating patients and callers with dignity and professionalism, but with outstanding organisational skills.

Administrator - Repairs & Stock control

North Bristol NHS Trust

The Wheelchair Repair Service require an enthusiastic Administrator to join our busy Repairs and Service Delivery team.

You will be part of one of the largest NHS trusts in the UK, based at The Independent Living Centre in Cheltenham.

You will be arranging vital repair services and helping coordinating our skilled team of engineers in the Gloucestershire and Bristol area's as part of our specialist team equipment provision.


YOU:


  • Will have the ability to work efficiently and methodically under pressure, ensuring the correct delivery of repair service.
  • Be comfortable handling a busy and demanding work load and have a flexible work ethos.
  • Able to work alone and as part of an extended team.
  • Have a sound geographical knowledge of Gloucestershire, Bristol and surrounding areas.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enjoy dealing with people and helping them.
  • Will be comfortable dealing with patients, their families and carers on the phone.
  • IT literate

THE POST:

The team is spread over two sites in Bristol and Cheltenham. We have an ethos of putting the patient first, ensuring they receive a first class service, whilst adhering to the framework of the NHS

Create work orders for the engineers, co-coordinating their work load.

Completing all paperwork in a timely fashion.

Occasional travel to the Bristol Office.
