Location- London- Salary- £65,000- Ref- RM-10704Every so often a career enhancing finance role appears that cannot be missed.

Here's such an opportunity.

Working closely with the DOF and overseeing a c£100m t/o plus portfolio of contemporary upscale London hotels, your brief will be to ensure optimum performance /best practice of the finance function across the board.

Areas of initial focus will include:

Balance sheet/P&L reviews, compliance reviews, support and development of hotel FMs, attending payroll/revenue meetings, liaison with auditors, close monitoring of forecasts v budgets.

This is very much a high visibility, proactive, commercial/operational finance role requiring a confident, collaborative approach as well as the ability to challenge the norm.

Ideally suited for an experienced hotel FC or CFC now looking to step up to the next level of progression towards reaching the goal of becoming a DOF.
