Your New Role
Our Findon site is seeking a part-time Receptionist Administrator to join our team and support the site.

In this role you will play a crucial role in providing professional reception services to Survitec visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining safety and security standards.

This position also involves providing administrative support to the site and wider business as needed
.

What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Welcome and direct visitors at Survitec sites in person or by telephone, ensuring they are directed appropriately and notifying colleagues of their arrival.
  • Maintain telephony systems and building security protocols, ensuring access guidelines are implemented and maintained.
  • Keep the reception area clean and safe, identifying and escalating safety issues promptly.
  • Maintain site directory information, meeting room bookings, equipment calendars, and car parking reservations.
  • Operate local site communications channels effectively, such as preparing visitor boards or making loudspeaker announcements.
  • Support fire and other emergency evacuation procedures effectively.
  • Provide general administration support to the wider team.

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria:


  • Educated to High School or Further Education level
  • Administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
