Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant:

Extensive diary management across multiple zones, arranging meetings, events and conferences
Complex travel, accommodation, visas and expenses
Supporting other executives when necessary

What background and experience are the company looking for?

At least 5 years supporting at csuite within financial services
Happy to work in a small office where you will need to turn your hand to anything
Experience supporting a busy Executive and being able to juggle multiple, changing priorities
Excellent communicator who enjoys supporting a busy and demanding team
