We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team.

Location:
Exmoor House, South Molton. Hybrid working

Job Type:
Full time, Permanent

Working hours:37.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

As a result of continued operational and organisational change a new role has been created to support the existing team.

We are looking for a competent and capable individual to join our Finance division as Finance Business Partner to report into the Financial Controller.

The role will be partly based at our Head Office in South Molton and from home on a hybrid basis, depending on the needs of the business, with occasional business travel to site.

What you will be doing as the Finance Business Partner.
As a highly competent and effective Finance Business Partner with highly effective analytical, MS Excel and Powerpoint skills you will work specifically for the Agricultural division with responsibilities for the following:

Work with the Agri Financial Controller and Operations team to bring understanding of variances put in place corrective actions where necessary to ensure robust cost control. Additionally, driving and tracking cost savings activities
The preparation of monthly Management Accounts covering our key feed manufacturing activities with particular focus on operational and overhead costs.
Collation and manipulation of detailed transactional data to measure, interpret and provide insight into the financial performance of the business
Preparation and distribution of reports to senior Business Managers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, analysing against key financial indicators and key milestones
