Job Summary:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests.

From warmly welcoming patrons to ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch service in our café.

Responsibilities:

Greeting guests with warmth and hospitality upon their arrival.
Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus.
Taking accurate food and beverage orders and conveying them to the kitchen staff.
Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to service standards.
Anticipating guests' needs and providing attentive service throughout their dining experience.
Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
Handling guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, including table setups and general upkeep.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
