Key responsibilities

Working closely with Group Procurement to manage through cost saving / mitigation projects through the site and provide site based information as required
Maintaining supplier relationships with our packaging and ingredients
Engaging with suppliers and internal NPD on product development ideas
Maintaining a relationship with the product development team to ensure a full awareness of new products being developed and ensuring we will have full availability on packaging and ingredients
Responsibility for the procurement of all directs

Profile

Procurement / sourcing experience within FMCG (Ideally food)
Packaging and ingredients procurement experience
Excellent communication skills
Ambitious
Strong negotiator
Good team worker
Attention to detail
