  • We manage the venue merchandising teams for the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, Glasgow OVO Hydro Arena, The O2 Arena in London, Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena, and the AO Arena Manchester to name a few
  • In addition, we manage merchandise concessions for both oneoff and multidate events and merchandise sales at live indoor and outdoor events across live venues around the UK.
  • No event is too large or too small for National Merchandise We cover all level of events from a small programme sporting event to a large stadium concert merchandise event.

Who are we looking for?

  • We are looking to recruit an E-Commerce Warehouse Assistant to work alongside our Operations Manager within our merchandise warehouse supporting our commercial team with product distribution and stock control for festival merchandise.
  • The E Commerce Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for completing tasks in the warehouse which include online orders, stock take, preparing merchandise for festivals, organising stock & equipment, and taking deliveries. The E-Commerce Warehouse Assistant will help deal with customer queries.
  • The E Commerce Warehouse Assistant will help maintain the warehouse as a safe and practical working environment reporting any issues that need addressing to the Operations Manager.
  • In addition, The E Commerce Warehouse Assistant will assist with simple DIY tasks required for creating festival props and attend Festivals during set up to assist with preparing pop up shops.
  • With excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, the E-Commerce Warehouse Assistant will enjoy working as part of a team.
