Description

Masstemps LTD are currently recruiting on behalf and in partnership with Beakbane LTD for a temporary buyer to join there finance team on a short term contract.

The role:

Manage daytoday operational tasks to meet customer and site requirements.
Manage a supplier base, MRP purchases & safety stock replenishment ordering.
Indirect purchase, adhoc purchases.
Expediting.
Quotations & tender packages.
Supporting quality issues process.
Resolve invoice discrepancies.
Mitigate supplier issues.
Supplier management inc KPIs.
Manage supplier relationships, maximise supplier opportunities.
Supplier meetings including visiting suppliers.
Preparing data.
Working closely with internal customers.
Support complex projects.
Identify opportunities for improvement within the dept.
Be selfmotivated and be able to work as a team.
Adhere to current processes and implement new processes.
Meet business targets.
Adhere to ISO compliance & company policies.

Hours of work:

8.00am-4.45pm or 8.30am-5.15pm

Fridays 8.00am pm or 8.30am-12.45pm

Rate of pay:
£15.00 per hour

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 1 month

Salary:
£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.25 per week
