Salary:
£58,000 - £62,000 (Depending on Experience)

This is a great opportunity to join the Global Financial Services team, where you will have the unique opportunity and exposure to work closely with both our end customers, and our significant global matrix teams, supporting the IPSD division.

Pricing tasks are complex and decisions often unique, requiring a creative individual to generate solutions using broader market knowledge and analytical skillset to deliver effective results which directly contribute towards divisional objectives.


The
EAME Pricing Supervisor is responsible for the ongoing management and development of the regional pricing strategy and processes, covering the Perkins distribution network, Caterpillar dealers, and global OEMs.

This role will lead the organisation to achieve its profitable growth objectives through the provision of accurate and timely price management, providing the appropriate tools/systems to effectively operationalise tactical and strategic decisions, and being a trusted advisor/champion on pricing activity.


What You Will Do:


  • Through leadership of team of pricing consultants, take ownership of existing IPSD processes to successfully execute both daytoday pricing tasks, and implement tactical/strategic price action, within robust pricing governance frameworks.
  • Develop advanced strategic pricing recommendations for the third party EAME and OEM sales teams, working across matrixfunctions/organiational divisons collaboratively, to drive aligned and valuebased pricing approaches, feeding into global reviews and targeted objectives.
  • Analyses, interprets and communicates on a wide variety of data (ie. economic and competitive environment, revenue and profitability, and historical forecasted sales, prices, discounts and price realization) to draw business insights and provide organisational recommendations.
  • To scope and provide directional leadership to evolve our pricing processes, including during 2024 the implementation of a new IPSD pricing system (building the foundations for greater insights, interlinking processes, and creating crossfunctional efficiencies).
  • Support broader organisational areas achieve pricing objectives within the framework of existing pricing systems/processes to operationally accommodate (including internal, intercompany, and Perkins aftermarket sales channel).
  • Sponsor, lead, and support several process standardization and improvement projects inline with the Global Finance Services Organisation.
  • Contribute towards the organisations financial planning, including risk and opportunity assessments of pricing landscape and inputting towards routine business plan cycles.
