Description

NxGen Recruit are currently recruiting on behalf of a Public Sector client for a contract Repairs Surveyor on a initial 3 month contract but likely to extend.

Location: Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Thrapston
Hourly Pay Rate: £2530 per hour via Umbrella Company.

The main purpose of this role is to inspect and oversee the repair and maintenance of commercial properties including work specification, manage priorities, programme work, supervise contracts, monitor performance and agree any changes to works.

Repairs Managements in either the Facilities Management, Buildings or Construction Sector
Completing stock condition surveys of commercial property
Facilities Management
Preparing works, documentation and contract management
Supervising building works
Budget management
Strong communication skillls

This role is covering North Northamptonshire so will require travel across Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough and surrounding areas.
