Labelling Operative


As a Labelling Operative, you will provide labelled containers, on time, to meet the needs of the various filling departments within PPG.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate labelling of products using the methods detailed in B.S.E.N. ISO 9001 manuals, to meet company quality standards.
  • Achieve production targets in order to contribute to department objectives.
  • Carry out duties efficiently, whilst minimising costs and driving out waste.
  • Carry out all duties in a safe manner, concerning self and colleagues who could be affected by your acts or omissions.
  • Coordinate your workplace and maintain a high standard of housekeeping, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Provide a high level of service to internal customers.

Qualifications - Internal

Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work within a fast paced, high achieving team.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
