Ideal role for someone who would like to start a career in childcare and gain a UK recognised childcare qualification to become a qualified Early Years Practitioner,
driver essential and must be able to get to the Latimer area in Chesham, Buckinghamshire easily.


Fantastic starting pay for unqualified:

-
Up to £24,000 per annum, dependent on age and experience, will increase as you gain experience and become qualified


Days /Hours:


Monday - Friday 40 hours a week (minus 1 hour paid lunch), shift patterns between the hours of 7.30am - 7.00pm
OR possible option to work 4 full days/longer days.



Nursery Assistant Requirements:


  • Some type of childcare experience or you could be a parent, with your own children and would like to start a career working with children.
  • Genuinely enjoys working with children from babies to pre school age
  • Driver with own car is essential due to remote location, Latimer
  • Chesham.
  • Reliable, punctual and keen to follow up with training to gain a childcare qualification.
  • You would view this role as a long term career, as the company will be investing a lot of time and money into you.

Nursery Assistant Duties:


  • Support staff in looking after and supervising all children in the nursery.
  • To go through training and take short training courses paediatric first aid, safeguarding and also a recognised childcare qualification.
  • Eventually when qualified and more experience you will have your own ' key children' to look after.
