A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Sales Development Executive to join an exciting technology company within the hair and beauty industry.
About the company:
Providing salon technology for bookings for the hairdressing, barbering and beauty industries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for calling salons, and generating warm leads for the Area Manager sales team using existing databases and identifying new leads from web research.
- Booking meetings & demos for the Area Managers.
- Utilising feedback and fact finding to develop sales techniques.
- Managing inbound enquiries (referrals, leads from partners) as well as pro actively sourcing new business opportunities.
- Building relationships within the hair and beauty industry.
- Managing your pipeline within the CRM systems.
- Understanding and qualifying saloons needs to deliver.
Experience & Skills needed:
- A passion for the hair or beauty industry.
- Ideally experience within B2B sales.
- Ability to work from autonomy.
- Confidence and persistence to exceed targets and goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
