A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Sales Development Executive to join an exciting technology company within the hair and beauty industry.


About the company:

Providing salon technology for bookings for the hairdressing, barbering and beauty industries.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for calling salons, and generating warm leads for the Area Manager sales team using existing databases and identifying new leads from web research.
  • Booking meetings & demos for the Area Managers.
  • Utilising feedback and fact finding to develop sales techniques.
  • Managing inbound enquiries (referrals, leads from partners) as well as pro actively sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships within the hair and beauty industry.
  • Managing your pipeline within the CRM systems.
  • Understanding and qualifying saloons needs to deliver.

Experience & Skills needed:


  • A passion for the hair or beauty industry.
  • Ideally experience within B2B sales.
  • Ability to work from autonomy.
  • Confidence and persistence to exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
