An opportunity has arisen for a ward clerk to join ward MAU. This is a busy triage area which is an emergency portal for pregnant women and women in the immediate postnatal periodRole Summary
The post holder will be responsible for daily up keep of Careflow and will also have access to K2 maternity system.
The post holder will be expected to work on their own initiative in accordance with management requirements and will be responsible for the standard of their own work.
The nature of the work requires someone who is aware of patient confidentially, trustworthy and with the ability to deal professionally and effectively with all staff and the public.
All aspects of the work must be carried out in accordance with Trust Policies and Procedures in respect of maintaining patient confidentiality and Health & Safety.
Our 11,000 strong workforce provide emergency treatment, planned operations and medical care from Royal Stoke University Hospital and County Hospital in Stafford.
