The Role:
Clancy are looking to recruit a Reinstatement Coordinator to join our Anglian Water team and play a pivotal role in the planning and scheduling of works for our operational resources, ensuring work crews have all required information to complete activities in compliance with Client, Clancy and external authority procedures.
Responsibilities
- Undertake general office administration duties
- Responsible for producing daily schedules and all scheduling administrative tasks
- Plan efficiently by area and team capability to deliver operations
- Liaise with field supervisors to ensure that work status information is correct
- Proactively monitor for duplicate work requests to prevent unnecessary field visits
- Provide timely and accurate NRSWA updates to avoid noncompliance
- Liaise with Supervisors to ensure that work can be carried out as required
- Liaise with highways agencies where necessary
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
To be successful in this role you would have a working knowledge of MS Office. You will ideally be able to prioritise workloads effectively.
Previous relevant experience is preferred but not essential - along with good communication skills - both written and verbal.
