Description

The post holder will provide Support and give time to an allocated group of female service users and promote their Recovery.

To assist the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) in the care planning process. Oak Ward

To provide meaningful and therapeutic activity for our service users, encouraging and promoting attendance to groups and 1:1 sessions.

You will be responsible for creating a therapeutic activity programme, reviewing based on service user feedback and ensuring resources and equipment to facilitate the groups.

To be able to engage with service users in a positive and professional manner.

You will facilitate activity in the ward environment, as well as planning safe and therapeutic groups in the community setting.


To work as a key member of the inpatient team, which provides mental health services to the patient group and their families.

To be able to respond to service needs and support the team and service users, supporting them to work collaboratively in their treatment and recovery.
