Salary:
£100-120k per annum

2 days a week in Central London
This role is working with a friendly business with a brilliant culture. They live their values and put people at the centre of everything they do.

A 6-month opportunity has arisen for someone to take over a strong & well-run finance team that are looking for continued leadership support.

The role will be working closely with the senior management team providing guidance and support on risk & expert financialguidance.

The business has gone from strength to strength and works on projects across the world.

The management team and the core business work closely with their partners putting the people and the client first but also ensuring the business stays agile and adaptiveto shift strategy depending on market conditions.

The key responsibilities of the head of finance include:

  • Manage and produce global statutory accounts and group consolidated statements
  • Intercompany transfers
  • Manage the accounting and transactional finance teams including highvolume AP function
  • Manage the international tax requirements in line with partners
  • Monitor budgets across multiple client projects with senior PM's
  • Produce budgeting and forecasting with CFO in line with business strategy
  • Work with the senior leadership team to provide sound financial advice and act as their finance conscience
  • Work with partners to improve processes and streamline the finance function

The profile they are looking for will include:

  • ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
  • Very strong team management experience
  • Experience in consulting or business services
  • Global and intercompany experience is beneficial
  • Happy to work in a handson role
