Well established after12 years this an exciting opportunity to join a Norwich institution.

The Responsibilities .

Full day to day management of the kitchen
Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.
You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
Managing a full kitchen team - briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
