The role is in patient support which will include:- Creating engaging patient communications
- Engage with external clients and potential customers, whether they are patients, providers or researchers
- Great writing abilities
- Analyse previous patient acquisition efforts to see what works and what doesn't for the unique user base
- Prioritise and manage workload under pressure
- Report success of work and track KPIs
- Good attention to detail
Ideally you will be a highly motivated individual, and as you are dealing with people's health, someone who is empathetic and understanding to different situations.
They are looking for someone who is eager to grow and learn with the close-knit team, someone who is passionate about patients taking ownership of their own health.
The role has the scope and potential to grow.The role is
fully office based in Canary Wharf, 9am-5:30pm. They have a very nice office with a great atmosphere and a lovely team.
