Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Tutor in Cyber Security on a full-time, permanent, remote basis.

Our client are award-winning training provider and have been at the forefront of supporting unemployed people into sustainable employment or further educationprogrammes, they do this by giving each individual bespoke information, advice and guidance.

They are growing their team, and are looking for an experienced and qualified Tutor to deliver the Cyber Security courses within their Digital Skills programmes.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Tutor in Cyber Security will be responsible for the following:

Provide learners with knowledge and skills in Cyber Security, specifically in CCNA, CyberOps Associate, CCNP Enterprise and CCNP Security
Effectively deliver the Cyber Security programmes at Level 2 and
Complete administrative tasks such as inductions, setting assignments, marking, exit paperwork etc
Inspire and motivate the learners to progress in the programme and work towards deadlines
Provide any learners with additional learning support with further support

Experience and Skills

The Tutor in Cyber Security will require the following:

Hold a Teaching qualification such as PTLLS, DTLLS, CTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent
Experience delivering Cyber Security programmes through further/adult education
Knowledge of governmentfunded contracts such as AEB, ESF etc
Occupational competence in Cyber Security
Hold qualifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCST Cyber Security, CCST Networking, CyberOps Associate, CCNP Enterprise and CCNP.
