We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join our Future Energy - Real Estate team in Bristol.Your Role:
As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for the following;
- Filing at regular intervals
- To support the fee earners with administrative tasks and action work as delegated by team supervisor
- Provide telephone support and deal with client queries in fee earners absence
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
- File closing
Your Skills and Experience:
- To complete all allocated tasks within the required timeframe and to the required level of accuracy
- Previous experience working within an office or administrative environment.
- Effective record keeping
- Effective telephone communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Be client focussed
