Description

Operations Coordinator:
Role includes the following duties but are not limited to:

  • Working in a busy office environment
  • Managing the engineers
  • Managing transportation
  • Allocating jobs to engineers
  • Working as a team with another operations administrator
  • Organising daytoday planner/schedule
  • Arranging materials and tools
  • A methodical approach to problem solving
  • Good IT / data entry skills

Skills required:

  • Man management experience
  • Transport management experience
  • Planning experience
Salary to be reviewed and potentially increased after a performance review.

20 days A/L + Bank holidays.
