Salary:
£60-65,000 per annum

Our client is an award winning housing association who are looking for their new Head of Property Safety/Senior Property Safety Manager due to a restructure.

You will be the leader of all things property safety and compliance matters relating to their housing stock.

An overview of his skills include:

Work towards becoming the best in property safety
Ensure leadership on the development of their property safety strategy
Oversee compliance processes for asbestos, fire, water, electrical and mechanical safety
Be the champion of property safety within the business and provide advice and guidance to colleagues
Procure, deliver and manager all compliance related contracts
Lead on all remedial works
Develop a rigorous approach to quality assurance

Essential Skills:

Must be an expert of all things property safety within the social housing sector
Knowledge of the most recent legislation and ACOPs
Ability to manage a large compliance team
