An overview of the role:

The journey to net zero and increasing consumer demand for a greener, more reliable, secured, and cost-effective energy system, is increasing the pace of change within the Energy & Utilities sector.

Industry participants recognise that accelerating the path to a modern energy system requires the use of Digital and its pivotal for the society's ambitions of the future.

With continued growth across the Energy & Utilities Sector, we are seeing a significant increase in demand for our teams who are already working with major UK Utilities organisations.

As such, we are recruiting Management Consultants into our Energy and Utilities team to support clients across the UK and globally across various grades.

We are looking for experienced consultants who are passionate about the role that digital and data can play to accelerate the pace of change and so deliver net zero.

We advise and shape areas such as digitalisation and data strategies built on scaled digital platforms, APIs and Cloud. We support organisations to define the business case & benefits modelling that shape these strategic initiatives.

With a strategy defined, and a high-level operating model defined, the transformation to execute the strategy varies by the size and scale of the client.

Why this role?:

With a strategy defined, and a high-level operating model defined, the transformation to execute the strategy varies by the size and scale of the client.

Your role will be to:

- help organisations to understand the capability and impact of digital transformation and technology
- define digital / IT enabled business transformation programmes to implement the strategic initiatives
- define how to manage and exploit data effectively to enable the objectives of the organisation
- shape and support the delivery of digital / IT enabled business transformation programmes including Agile at Scale, Cloud and DevSecOps transformation
- be expected to participate in different analysis, design, and solutioning workshops and produce written outputs for these, either working on your own or within a t
