Pay Details:
Apprentice grade

23 and over = £9.50

21 to 22 = £9.18

18 to 20 = £6.83

Under 18 = £4.81

Hours of Work /
Working Pattern: 37 hours

Main Place of Work:
The Alps Depot, Quarry Road, Wenvoe

Temporary Reason:
Apprenticeship position up to 15 months

Description:

To provide efficient and effective administration support to the Neighbourhood Management and Rents Team. To support the efficient delivery of our housing management services, including working in the community. To work with colleagues and partners to achieve positive outcomes for communities and individuals.

About you

You will have:

An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of people
Good written communication skills
A good team player
Able to work alone and use initiative
Good record keeping
Ability to use ICT systems including Microsoft Office
Selfmotivated and organised
Punctual and reliable
