Brief Outline


Our client is looking for a dynamic and vibrant Project Manager to join their team The role will involve taking responsibility for production and output, supplier management, quality control, cost and delivery, efficiency optimisation, customer satisfaction,procurement, planning, scheduling and coordinating.


About our Client
Our client is a market leading glazing & partitioning specialist.

Working within Cat A and Cat B fit-out on a nationwide scale, they work across public, private and commercial sectors and spaces to provide solutions to a variety of complex architecturalbriefs.


About the Role

  • Take overall responsibility for all activities involving procurement, coordinating, scheduling and planning projects.
  • Constantly review and refine all processes in order to minimise errors, and to increase productivity and performance.
  • Build, maintain and motivate an effective team to ensure effective delivery across the operation.
  • Ensure appropriate plans are in place to oversee maintenance activities to ensure plant is kept safe and compliant.
  • Ensure all requirements in relation to health and safety legislation and RPG policies are adhered to, and that cultural change with regard to health and safety and employee wellbeing is actively led and delivered.
  • Ensure all employees have a knowledge and awareness of their roles and responsibilities under the Company?s quality, health and safety and environmental management systems and the Company?s policies and procedures in relation to confidentiality and dataprotection legislation.
Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 5 years? experience as a Project/Operations Manager role.
  • Demonstrable experience of optimising efficiency and delivering growth within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a diverse team.
  • Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) risk management and problem solving experience.
  • Solid knowledge, understanding and experience of working in an environment where health & safety is paramount.

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
  • Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets
  • Resilient, selfmotivated and able to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the industry.
  • Competent in the use of MS Office and technical software.
