ROOM ATTENDANT, FRASER SUITES

Rate of Pay / Hours - £20,020 // 35 hours per week

Type of Contract - Full Time // Permanent

Location - Fraser Suites Glasgow - G1 1LH

What you will be doing as a Room Attendant;

Do you love putting a smile on people's faces and creating memorable experiences? Then come and join our fantastic team at Fraser Suites Glasgow As Room Attendant, you will ensure total guest satisfaction, providing efficient, courteous, and high level of service within the Housekeeping Department.

You will be responsible for all rooms, public areas, corridors and back of house areas. Overseeing any outsourced staff when required. You will also be on a rotation to cover the Breakfast Room with your other Team Mates.

We are looking for a enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience and a high standard of work.

You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion - to create memories that our guests will remember.

You have proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.

You will have a key eye for detail when it comes to cleaning standards that will WOW our guests
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
