An award winning law firm is looking to recruit a junior Professional Indemnity Solicitor to join their office in Birmingham, Nottingham or Manchester.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a team who are highly ranked for its defendant professional negligence practice.

The role itself will include a mixed case load of Insurance policy drafting and alongside its contentious and non-contentious financial services experts.

The role:

Managing your own caseload of high value and technically challenging professional indemnity claims against a broad range of professionals including but not limited to solicitors, accountants, surveyors, IFA's architects
Assist partners on higher value / complex claims
Advise on policy coverage and policy coverage disputes
Opportunity to handle claims from emerging markets
