Administrator
The most attractive attributes to us are:Reliability, punctuality, organisation skills, record keeping, able to respond to incoming calls and react/action as required.
We require an office assistant/administrator - who will be responsible for:
General Administration (copying, scanning, filing, shredding, management of stationary and office supplies phone, taking calls in and making calls out when requested to do so
Meeting preparation:
- Primarily Documents already stored on the system
File preparation for clients and solicitors - for property sales and purchases, with instruction

Software user - skills (must be skilled in Microsoft suite - including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and word which are essential to an advanced level would be great) generally IT confident as we use 3rd party software too

Communication skills
- Strong Verbal and Written skills are essential ( we are a busy office and you will need to accept verbal and written instructions) therefore you will have a telephone interview as well as coming along to meet us
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
