Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading organisation based in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team as a Customer Operations Assistant on a full-time permanent basis.

Reward
- £27k to £29k
- 45 hours per week; 7.30am5pm, 8am5.30pm, 7am4.30pm
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Job Role
- Managing the client's journey from inquiry to completion
- Reaching out to existing clients, promoting services to increase turnover
- Understanding client needs, providing professional advice and generating quotes
- Following up on quotes and managing objections from potential clients
- Creating and sending invoices based on quotes and client orders
- Coordinating warehouse activities, including booking out, dispatch requests, and ordering materials
- Planning and overseeing onsite resources and schedules
- Arranging transportation from the fleet and ordering additional where required
- Assisting team members with their workloads when necessary
Skills and experience
- Sales, customer service and operations experience is essential
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Strong numerical, literacy and spoken skills
- Competent IT skills
