At YSA Education, we support special needs schools and colleges in and around the Wolverhampton area.

These schools support students between the age ranges of years old, develop their education skills, life skills as well as ensuring each student reaches their full potential with the right tailored support.

You will be supporting students with, ASD, ADHD and Speech/Language difficulties ect.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you would be required to work alongside the class teacher and be able to support where needed.

This means you would be required to have the below skills:

Team player
Good communication skills
Proactive
Passionate
Innovative
Experience supporting SEN needs inside or outside the classroom

Some SEND students may need to support with personal care throughout the day. This can vary however you must be willing and comfortable to support both a male and female student.
