Marketing/ Membership Service Assistants will be responsible for:

Processing member sign ups, renewals and added cards.
Instructing members and potential members about membership, warehouse and credit programs.
Assisting members regarding item availability.
Providing a high level of member service.

The successful Membership Service Assistants will have the following skills/attributes:

Qualified to GCSE standard or equivalent is preferred
Service oriented approach experienced in 'going the extra mile'
Familiarity of working in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills

We have both full and part-time vacancies available. You should be flexible with regards to working between the hours of Monday-Sunday.
