Social Media & Content Strategist

Location:
London or home based (UK only)

We are looking to recruit a Social Media & Content Strategist to join our team in London, although we are open to applicants from across the UK who can work remotely.

Reporting to the Head of Social Media based in London, you will work with teams aroundthe world on global and local clients, playing a key role in planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of social channels for a range of well-known clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of developing and managing organic and paid campaigns across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok.

You should also be able to easily switch between the creative side of marketing, such as content production, and the analytical side of social campaign management.

Additionally, you should have the ability to analyse key metrics and campaign results in orderto optimise budgets and develop effective strategies.

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns at once and meet deadlines.

You will also need to build good relationships with clients, media account managers, andother internal teams, as well as external contacts, and have a genuine interest in keeping up with industry trends.

Finally, you should have a clear understanding of the wider digital landscape and opportunities beyond social, in order to work with our Media & Strategy teams to build successful multi-channel and content strategies.

The ability to think laterally, makelogical decisions, and work well in an environment where not all the answers are known is crucial for this role.
