As a Service Delivery Advisor your role would include:
- Providing superb customer service to all applicants and clients, ensuring that Taxi Drivers are licence-ready for the council.
- Ensuring all elements of the DBS Check process are completed on the same day and accurately.
- Ensuring all information added onto any internal systems is accurate and up to date in line with data protection legislation.
- Dealing with Application Form queries quickly, and continually chasing until the query is resolved.
- Performing all administration tasks to the highest standards.
- Protecting all customer information, keeping it secure and up to date.
- To manage contracts ensuring that the customers receive an excellent standard of service from TaxiPlus.
- To ensure the cover of phones during office hours.
