Female Support Worker

SW-AH-SP

Aigburth, Liverpool

Up to 39 hours per week

£22,435 per annum pro rata based on 39 hours per week

We are looking for resilient and friendly Support Workers to join a team that works in partnership with people who use our services, to enable them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community.

As a Support Worker you will encourage the health and well-being of the people that you support, through enabling them to be involved in a range of activities.

At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual.

Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion for providing person centred support as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.

This Role Will Include:

  • Personal Care
  • Administering Medication
  • Cooking & Cleaning
  • Attend Medical Appointments
  • Accessing the local community
