We are looking for a highly organised, natural leader to join our Scheduling Team.

As our Scheduling Lead, you'll be at the heart of our tight-knit team, making sure everything runs like clockwork, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects and day to day management of the team.


Your Role:

As our Scheduling Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of all projects, through effective scheduling and communication
  • Managing the engineer service calendar, ensuring engineer visits are scheduled within the KPI parameters through effective engineer utilisation
  • Liaise with customers on arranging a convenient date for an engineer visit and make all necessary changes within the service calendar
  • Ensuring all customer documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Managing the expectations of all stakeholders, including customers, account managers and resellers, with regards to project delivery and engineer availability.
  • Maintaining a record of progress for project delivery, using the project module of Dynamics 36
  • Dealing with any queries prior to warranty engineer visits from all stakeholders
  • Reducing the overall turnaround time for customers, from order to installation date
  • Ensuring the work of the scheduling team is to a high standard, whilst managing workload and overall performance
  • Driving a strong communication standard through the team & department
  • Conducting regular team catch ups on current issues, as well as carry out annual and quarterly reviews
  • Dealing with customer complaints that arise specific to the scheduling team
  • Have at least 1 year experience as a team leader or at line management level
  • Demonstrate previous experience of highly organised working, within a fastpaced environment
  • Be a confident user of Microsoft Office Products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Have previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Online document portals (desired but not essential)
  • Evidence successful project management experience, on a basic level
  • Be highly organised, innovative with good attention to detail
  • Show good problemsolving skills, with the ability to make decisions using own initiative
  • Be a strong team player who is not only selfmotivated, but can motivate others
  • Have a diplomatic approach when faced with challenges
