Fibre-Tech Industries (UK) Ltd are currently looking for a 'Charge Hand' to join our busy facility in Melbourn, Hertfordshire.

Main Purpose of Job:

To manufacture customers' orders while ensuring the efficient day to day operation of the production teams. To ensure that work is sequenced in accordance with the production plan.

To ensure teams have the material required to meet the plan, operate efficiently, are trained to undertake the work and adhere to quality standards.

To ensure that all activities within the facility are conducted safely and a safe working environment is maintained. To communicate with management and other staff on issues with the potential to affect output/customer service.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 0700 to 1530 & Friday 0700 to hours per week). Overtime, if available, 1.25 times the hourly rate.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to £11.75 per hour
