Senior Sales Negotiator/ Assistant Sales Manager

Crystal Palace

£25-30k basic

£3600 car allowance

£60k OTE


This is a unique role, you will be based in their Crystal Palace Office with the title of Senior Sales Negotiator/ Assistant Sales Manager with further progression opportunities in the future.

You will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated and haveproperty knowledge in both of these areas. Must be able to win and promote business and be excellent at building relationships.


You'll need to be able to set goals, learn quickly, manage your time effectively, adapt and commit to being the best you can be.

You'll need to be proactive and comfortable making things happen, rather than waiting for them to happen. Your career MUST beimportant to you.


Senior Sales Negotiator/ Assistant Sales Manager
- have 3 years of estate agency experience, and must be able to value.
- be able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
- show strong communication and interpersonal skills
- have the desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
- display high standards of service and presentation
- strong local knowledge
- a full UK driving license
