What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Implementation Executive within our Implementation division. This position falls under our R2c line of business based in Sheffield, UK.
How We Work
As an Implementation Executive, you will be expected to be on site 3 days week Tues, Wed and Thurs and 2 days from home.
The key responsibilities for this role are to manage critical areas of the business which are the implementation of the platform of new and existing customer, and the management of customer trials which based on their success, turn in to orders.
Working with various teams in the business you will be solely responsible for ensuring that these processes are lean, efficient and able to be carried out quickly and with mínimal effort.
Additional responsibilities- Manage the implementation of all new customers into r2c including.- The organising of data collection- The cleansing and test importing of that data (and management of exception reporting)- Organizing of training including competency tests- Monitor customers on use of the system while in the implementation stage.- Maintain clear, detailed accurate records of all ongoing implementations.- Produce and manage the implementation timelines per customer.- Manage the customer experience and expectations throughout the implementation process.- Ensure that all new customer accounts are proactively managed and that every step is taken to minimise the time to complete implementations.- Continuously review the existing processes and propose improvements where applicable.- In all instances, current functionality should be implemented and live before new features are developed or changes made.- Working on onboarding with larger clients on Projects working with Implementation manager- Work with the Sales team (internal and external) to hand over customers to Operations and understand customer expectations.- Manage the process of successfully on-boarding new customers into the business monitoring existing customer usage and training needs to maintain buy in- Creation and management of CAS (Customer Administration System)- Confirmation that training has been completed and customer has been correctly implemented to the customer's needs.- Prepare and handover customer to adoption and customer success manager.- Report accordingly on progress, products sold, financial work in progress (WIP), time taken to implement and adoption of the system.- Work with the Development and Product teams to look at ways of improving the process of customer set up including.- Data automation- Customer in-product self-service (Own data management areas etc.)
Communication and Problem Solving- Use your experience when reviewing and auditing platform performance.- Assist in critical support issues where your experience is required to identify issues quickly and to find the more appropriate resolution.- Contribute towards a culture of promoting new ideas that develop opportunities within the team for our clients.- Encourage pro-active discussions with client delivery and account management teams.- Contribute regularly to discussions regarding internal process and system improvements in order to ensure maximum efficiency.- Instigate cross team ideas and initiatives - to bring products and services together.- Strive to ensure that processes and appropriate levels of knowledge are shared between teams.- Make sure specifications adhere to brand/template and marketing guidelines and are written at an excellent and professional standard.- Make sure product changes, enhancements and new features consider all possible risks and contain the appropriate contingency.- Innovation, research and development- Proactively drive innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies.- Maintain and actively contribute to a list of innovation & research projects.- Assist by offering strategic and technical advice for anyone working on these projects.- To foster a focus on excellence across the program team- Be free to fail often and learn.
