Wordpress Developer - Reading/ Hybrid - £30,000 - £40,000


I am working with an exciting marketing agency, that work with clients across a range of sectors, looking to bring in an experienced PHP Wordpress Developer.

You will interpret briefs and build new websites for clients as well as carrying out maintenance and updates.

It is a really exciting time to be joining the team as they are going through a new internal growth plan.

It is a hybrid role, allowing for a great work-life balance. In the role you will report directly to the Head of Digital.


What you'll do as a PHP Wordpress Developer:

  • Build new websites by understanding requirements, meeting briefs
  • Carry out updates and maintenance on a number websites
  • Transfer sites from Drupal7 to Drupal
  • Collaborate with account handlers and make suggestions for site improvements
  • Be aware of modern trends and best practises

What you'll bring as a PHP Wordpress Developer:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a PHP developer
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Background in project builds in both Drupal and WordPress
  • Experience with Continuous Integration is highly desirable
