Hours:
Annualised Contract - Minimum of 26 hours per year


Pay:
£11.44 per hour

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in delivering birthday parties
  • Ensure awareness and be responsible for children's safety at all times
  • Prepare beforehand and clean up after the birthday parties
  • Demonstrate activities to children, incorporating health and safety
  • Engage with parents and children to ensure they have a positive experience
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and safe to use
  • To report on all Health and Safety occurrences including hazards, near misses and incidents

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Has excellent Verbal communication skills
  • Ability to control and hold a groups attention
  • Ability to plan and deliver activities

Essential:


  • Has a clear Enhanced DBS on update service or will be checked prior to commencement

Desirable:


  • Holds a clean driving licence and has a car to get around in.
