Clinical lead position in Kingston.

Nurse qualification is essential for the role.
This is Home is 25 Bedded and have just started to do the Nursing side in the home.

Key Responsibilities of a Clinical lead
:


  • To manage a team of Carers and Nurses and work closely with the Home Manager
  • Proven experience in assisting in managing fully compliant Residential Homes
  • Experience in managing staff teams
  • Relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deciding and initiating action

Clinical leads Requirements:


  • Active PIN would be essential
  • Ensuring quality of care for residents
  • Previous track record working within residential care
  • Ability to train nurses on the needs
