Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm.

About you:
- Previous officebased experience.
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Have excellent interpersonnel skills.
- Be able to thrive in a fast paced, sociable environment.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A good eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the Lettings team and department.
- Acting as first point of contact for calls, taking messages and dealing with queries. Chasing for documentation and working in accordance with current property legislation and compliance.
- Updating and maintaining a database system and property portal.
- Driving to properties and assisting with property visits and inspections.
Job Types:
