Hours of work:
Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm.

About you:


  • Previous officebased experience.
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Have excellent interpersonnel skills.
  • Be able to thrive in a fast paced, sociable environment.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A good eye for detail.

Responsibilities:


  • To provide administrative support to the Lettings team and department.
  • Acting as first point of contact for calls, taking messages and dealing with queries. Chasing for documentation and working in accordance with current property legislation and compliance.
  • Updating and maintaining a database system and property portal.
  • Driving to properties and assisting with property visits and inspections.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year
