Description

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and resourceful Team Administrator for a busy Community Mental Health Team for older adults in Lambeth, one of the most culturally and socially diverse boroughs in London.

We help people aged 65+ who are living in the community and have a mental health difficulty.

We care for people with a range of different mental health needs, including:

  • Depression (moderate to severe)
  • Anxiety and stress
  • Dementia or memory loss
  • Other mental health problems to do with mood or mental wellbeing which may affect daily living.
We also work with people under the age of 65 with a diagnosis of dementia

The team includes a variety of professionals from different backgrounds including:

  • Community psychiatric nurses
  • Occupational therapists
  • Psychiatrists
  • Psychologists/psychotherapists
  • Administrators
  • Social workers


The post holder will also need to have a good working knowledge of office procedures including Health & Safety; proven skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; an excellent standard of written and oral English; a good telephone manner; and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
