Responsibilities


Your role will be to conduct Quality Assurance activity, including call and case monitoring, to mitigate the risk of complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction and to ensure the company provides its customers with the levels of service and support theyexpect, alongside meeting our regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

We are looking for people with experience of the General Insurance Industry or previous Quality / Customer Assurance roles.

The role requires an excellent level of written and spoken English, with other languages desirable, as you will be communicating withpeople at different levels in different situations as well as being numerate, computer literate and having good attention to detail.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate effective time management and be able to multi-task and prioritiseto meet varying tasks and deadlines.

£25,000 per annum base + £1,800 bonus


Full Time:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm - Hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 from home
