Description

To provide a Nutrition & Dietetic service to patients attending The Royal Surrey Hospital and Royal Surrey Cancer Centre for treatment and/or palliative care.

The post holder will work as part of a team sharing responsibility for the smooth running of the general oncology dietetic service in line with Trust performance targets.

This post will support the general oncology dietitians with the day-to-day care of both inpatients and outpatients attending Royal Surrey Cancer Centre.

The post holder will have an active role in teaching other professionals, including students and patients, both as individuals and in groups.


A considerate, patient focused service will be provided in all dealings with patients and with staff around the hospital and throughout the whole system.
