Northampton

Permanent

Monday - Friday (37.5)

Salary:
£26,000 plus bonus (OTE £36,000)

You will be providing parts advice to clients who are needing replacement parts for commercial/plant vehicles.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Parts Advisor include:

Communicate with customer and suppliers
Develop and follow up enquiries
Identify customers parts requirements
Sourcing suppliers, web research
Learn product knowledge to prepare quotations effectively
Accept and process customer orders
Customer / supplier liaison
Work with key accounts
Customer and product support dealing with customers queries / issues

To be successful in the role of the Parts Advisor you must have:

Customer service experience
Aptitude and interest to learn about technical parts
Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel
Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework

All responses will be managed in line with the new GDPR regulations.
